We produce only reinforced beds with a steel frame, all elements of the frame under load are 100% steel. Even the pins on which the cross bars are fixed are steel, while other manufacturers have them made of plastic.

This ensures maximum reliability, accidentally breaking our bed is almost impossible.

We do not make aluminum field beds, because beds made of ordinary aluminum are lighter, but break even with relatively careful use ... 

It is possible to make frames from aluminum of increased thickness, so that they have the same strength as steel ones, but they will not be much lighter in weight. If you take really high-quality aluminum, the bed will be many times more expensive.

To create aluminum frames that will be as strong as steel, you need to use aluminum of increased thickness. However, such beds will not be much lighter than steel ones, and their cost will be significantly higher due to the high price of high-quality aluminum. In addition, when hit, aluminum can simply crack, which makes it even less suitable for military conditions.
